Description
This activity is part of a 16-course series designed to equip licensed practitioners from medical, nursing, and related disciplines with a multidisciplinary approach to managing patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), also known as eczema.
16. Putting it Together - Clinical Pearls for Integrative Eczema Management Based on Clinical Scenarios
Eczema is a chronic condition that often lasts a lifetime and requires multiple treatment approaches. Real life cases and challenges will be explored and discussed providing attendees with management tips and other practice pearls.
Educational Objectives
After completing this activity, participants will be able to:
- Summarize and apply the knowledge gained in previous sessions
- Employ new tools to solve cases not covered in textbooks
- Appraise approaches to increase literacy and compliance for AD management based on comprehensive patient evaluation and shared decision making
