Jennifer Pellegrin-Perez, DNP, RN, PHN, DPCS a Southern California native, has lived with psoriasis for 27 years and psoriatic arthritis for 17 years, with a lifelong connection to the disease through her father and eventually her brother. She has dedicated nearly 15 years to volunteering with the National Psoriasis Foundation as a patient advocate, one-to-one mentor, and a community ambassador. Her advocacy efforts include testifying on the senate floor in support of step therapy reform, sharing her personal journey to access a life-changing medication. Professionally, Jennifer is a nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, which she utilizes as a college professor, and the Director of Nursing for a home health agency, where she is committed to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare education.
