The Herbs and Supplements Summit is a series of conversations with experts from Western, Ayurvedic, Naturopathic, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, exploring practical tips on how to incorporate herbs and supplements into a holistic treatment plan. Their discussions include scientific studies behind the use of herbs and supplements and how to select them.

Hair is important to how we project our sense of health from both the inside and the outside. Men and women spend billions of dollars on maintaining healthy hair. In this summit, we explore how what we put in and on our body affects our hair. We will cover topics ranging from the science of the hair cycle, the influence of sleep and stress, the role of nutrition and gut health, how the ingredients in hair care products affect you hair and skin, natural and botanical approaches to hair care, and the science behind the use of wigs and hair extensions.
