Born and raised in Texas, Mallory is a Certified Sound Bowl Practitioner, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200, Aerial Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master. She graduated from Sunshine School of Yoga in Mansfield, TX in 2019, eager to help others find wellness through mindfulness, movement, music and raise the vibration of her community. 

Her journey began in 2005 after being diagnosed with lupus and in 2009 kidney disease. In 2012, Mallory underwent chemotherapy to combat the effects of her immune system attacking her body. It was after her last session she was determined to get her life back and reclaim her health. It started with researching holistic healing and the rest is history. 

Mallory has remained in remission since 2013 and is happily married with two beautiful boys and living her life to the fullest! Mallory has always been passionate about helping people and found her calling through yoga, sound meditation and energy work. You can feel the passion and big-love energy in every class she teaches. Her favorite styles of yoga to teach are Hot Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Crystal Sound Bowl Meditations. When not teaching, you can find Mallory hanging out with her family and friends, taking care of her plants and catching up on her favorite music and movies.
