Dr. Ju was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, while spending a significant part of her upbringing in Taiwan. She received her Bachelor of Science at Duke University in Neuroscience and Biology with a concentration in Pharmacology and went on to medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She is currently a resident at the University of Miami Dr Phillip Frost Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery and serves as Academic Chief and Public Relations Liaision. Dr. Ju is passionate about pruritic dermatoses and integrative medicine. Outside of medicine, she loves to sing, paint, needle-felt, do yoga and write poetry.
