She is also an Ayurvedic practitioner, certified Yoga teacher, speaker and author. She is a passionate speaker and has presented at several local and international conferences on integrating Ayurveda with modern nutrition, in addition to podcasts, webinars to dietitians, and FB live talks with dietitians in India on integrative practice.
