Dr. Arlene Binoya-Strugar is a multi-faceted professional and research scientist who is passionate about bringing out the best in a person. She is a multi-specialty Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Psychology and Sports Psychology. She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Provider. Dr. Strugar is also a Human Factors Engineer and Engineering Psychologist that has helped in the invention of compute and life changing innovations. She has been practicing as a Psychologist and Holistic Health Practitioner in wellness, mental health, wellness and nutrition.
She leads innovation research as a Research and Social Scientist at the world’s largest technology company for more than 20 years with a focus to improve quality of lives. Her passion brings about human factors engineering, social sciences, life sciences, users and patient requirements in innovation and technology, resulting in the improvement of quality of lives.
Dr. Arlene is a published author, researcher, international and national speaker and educator. She speaks at the world’s largest esthetic and cosmetics conference www.iecsc.org
She is also the current state director and producer of Miss Colorado Earth, Miss Oregon Earth, and Miss Washington Earth. The world’s top 2 pageant and leading in the environmentalism and global preservation. She has coached and mentored delegates on competitive edge, mindset and volunteerism.
