Dr. Karolina Skrzypek is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine, with advanced training in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She is the Founder and CEO of Naturamed Integrative and Functional Medicine in Maitland, Florida, and is licensed to practice in both Florida and Michigan, offering in-person and telemedicine care.

Dr. Skrzypek brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, academic experience, and leadership in healthcare. She previously served as a Faculty Hospitalist at the University of Michigan and as a Primary Care Physician with Henry Ford Health in Detroit. She later held the role of Medical Director of Provider Engagement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for nearly four years.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and her medical degree from Jagiellonian University Medical College in Kraków, Poland. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital. While on faculty at the University of Michigan, she pursued advanced training in Integrative Medicine through the Faculty Scholars Program and later completed a fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.

In addition to her medical training, Dr. Skrzypek earned an MBA with a subspecialty in medical management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has also completed advanced training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

She is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.
