This session will review the emerging topical treatments with a special focus on the updated guidelines for management of acne. The role of novel combination therapies will be discussed.
- Define the current guidelines for acne in the context of antibiotic stewardship
- Recall the clinical evidence for the use of encapsulated tretinoin and BPO
- Discuss the evidence for the use of topical hormone inhibitors
