7. How Do Various Probiotic Bacterial Strains Work Differently?

Can certain strains of probiotics modulate histamine? Is there an Inflammatory response? Do certain people react poorly to some strains and not others? Is it better to use one strain or multiple strains in a probiotic supplement? Is it possible to have too many probiotics?
