6. Oral Therapies for Psoriasis

Topical creams are often not enough and biologic agents are not for everyone. Traditional immunosupressors such as methotrexate and cyclosporine have long been used for effective treatments for psoriasis. However, knowledge of dosing, monitoring and adverse effects is crucial for appropriate use.
