Biography

 
Alexandra Vaughn is a 4th year medical student at Drexel University. She graduated from Brigham Young University in 2013 with a degree in Exercise Science. Alexandra has great passion for dermatology and believes healthy skin is a reflection of internal health and harmony. She has been a personal trainer and lifestyle coach for the past 8 years, and believes systemic diseases can be prevented and reversed through a plant-based diet and proper exercise. Over the past 3 years, she has found a special niche in her research as she has studied the effects of plants and foods on skin health. Alexandra’s goal as a future physician is to help others achieve optimum skin health and overall well-being through a plant-based lifestyle and individualized skin care routines.
