The Time Value Matrix
Join Gwen Walker, Maui Coach, as she helps you to claim back your time, using the Time Value Matrix™. In this session, Gwen is going to talk about what is it that you do, that actually creates value.
Gwen will help to guide you from paying attention to the low-value activities and taking a portion of that and putting that time to those activities that truly create value for your company. To successfully scale your company and follow the program, you’ve got to find a way to claim back four hours, six hours, or more per week. The first step is to concretely identify in writing what you do that creates value and what creates the highest value for our business. This is where the Time Value Matrix™ comes into play.
