Method Participation
Participants must 1) read the program information, 2) study the educational activity, 3) complete the posttest by recording the best answer to each quiz question, and 4) complete the evaluation form.

This lecture will review the fundamentals of the bacteria, fungi, and viruses on the skin and the importance of their roles. We also discuss perturbations in the microbiome and the potential effects.
This course will provide an overview to gut health and testing. The basics of the gut anatomy, gut-skin axis, and the gut microbiome will be discussed along with ways to differentiate treatment approaches.
This session will help demystify the difference between pre-, pro- and post-biotics, where they are found in our diets, and the role they have in health and disease.
Small intestinal bowel overgrowth refers to dysbiosis within the small intestine. This lecture will review the causes for SIBO and discuss how it is identified and diagnosed. Correlations to the skin and treatment approaches will be summarized.
