This session critically reviews conventional therapies for vitiligo, emphasizing topical corticosteroids, topical calcineurin inhibitors, immunomodulatory agents, and systemic approaches, including oral corticosteroids and narrowband UVB phototherapy. Clinicians will evaluate evidence supporting these therapies, recognize their practical limitations, and identify best practices for effective clinical integration.
