What You'll Learn

This thirteen part series explores common concerns for women related to skin, hair, nail, and bone health from diagnosis to management. Topics include the role of the microbiome, PCOS, iron deficiency, and vaginal health from an integrative perspective.

Target Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of clinicians and non-clinicians involved in the care of women's health.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants will able to:

1. Explain the function of the vulva.

2. Correctly identify the multiple anatomic features of the vulva.

3. Describe what comprises a thorough evaluation of a vulvar complaint.

4. Cite dermatologic conditions that can manifest in the vulva.

5. Identify that systemic disease can manifest in the vulva, (psoriasis, eczema, colitis, breast).
