Lilit Garibyan
Dr. Lilit Garibyan MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School and a Physician-Scientist at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). Her research focuses on innovative biomedical translational discoveries aimed at identifying novel treatments for dermatologic diseases and beyond. She is an inventor on many patents, some of which has led to the development of startup companies. Her scientific work has focused on pioneering new methods of cooling tissue. Dr. Garibyan has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed original publications. She has lectured at national and international level and has developed a reputation as an expert and leader in dermatology and biomedical innovation. She is also the co-founder and the Director of the “Magic Wand Initiative” and the Virtual Magic Wand programs, which aim to promote and empower clinician-led research and innovation, by teaching them the process of innovation. These programs empower and teach clinicians on how to identify unmet-clinical needs and collaborate with research faculty and industry in finding solutions to these problems. Due to the measurable success that these programs have achieved they have now become nationally and internationally recognized initiatives. As a humanitarian, Dr. Garibyan has pioneered and established sustainable, medical laser clinics in Armenia for effective treatments of scars and vascular anomalies. Her team has taken several lasers to Armenia and has trained Armenian physicians on the use of laser technology to treat life altering skin diseases. Dr. Garibyan recently founded and serves as the President of a nonprofit organization called “Face of Angel” to continue the mission of this humanitarian work. Dr. Garibyan received her B.S. summa cum laude from University of California Los Angeles, her M.D. from Harvard Medical School and her Ph.D. from Harvard University in Experimental Pathology/Immunology.

John T. Shen
Dr. Shen received his medical degree at Brown University and his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. After an internship at Brown University, Dr. Shen completed his dermatology training at Boston University. A member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Shen is an expert in non-invasive topical immunotherapy to treat skin cancers and precancers. In private practice for over 15 years at Shen Dermatology in Temecula, CA in San Diego Area. Researchers at University of Miami have found Dr. Shen's combination of topical medicines, known as "The Shen Cocktail", to have a cure rate of 99% for basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma. Born in Taiwan, Dr. Shen is conversant in Chinese. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family.

Michael Abrouk has pursued this search for meaning in Artificial Intelligence, founding several early stage companies, developing medical devices for FDA approval, and delivering a TED talk on some of his work. He is still actively following that purpose in a tireless effort to further the medical technology used throughout the healthcare landscape and beyond.

Scott Elman, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Dr. Philip Frost Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Elman also serves as Assistant Director of Inpatient Dermatology Services at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics.Dr. Elman received his Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School, where he stayed to complete his combined residency in internal medicine and dermatology. His clinical and research interests include complex medical dermatology, rheumatologic dermatology and inpatient dermatology. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Elman enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife and young daughter

Ellie Campbell, DO is a native Chicagoan, and graduate of the University of Illinois, the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the Medical College of Georgia. Board certified in Family Medicine for 30 years, she also holds certification from the American Board of Integrative Medicine.She is solo physician with specialty interests in interdisciplinary collaboration, Functional Medicine, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, reversing chronic disease, cardiovascular disease prevention, natural treatments for high blood pressure, the oral-systemic connections, and Vitamin D. Oscar Sierra
Oscar is founder / Sr Clinician of Sierra Botanica & Collaborative Medicine (SBCM), a full-service compounding apothecary / clinic based in Atlanta. SBCM specializes in working with patients with chronic diseases, such as cancer, by combining ancient botanical medicine with modern functional medicine analytics.Oscar hails from the martial arts where finding/feeling pressure points to humanely neutralize opponents easily transferred over to acupuncture to help restore balance in medical practice. Concepts of balance, Yin & Yang, meridians, Qi, flow, the 5 Elements, and precision remained unchanged pivoting to the Medical Arts. Oscar earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition science & minored in anthropology with a focus on Traditional Medicine at the University of Georgia. After 3,000+ hrs. of hands-on apprenticeship training and national board exams, Oscar earned his Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture National Board Certifications (2009) and became a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild (2021).In addition to the valuable seminar, conference, and workshop continuing education in ancient Traditional Medicines with plant, animal, and fungal-based pharmacopoeias, Oscar also continued studies in the more biomedical and systems engineering fields of Functional Medicine and wholistic oncology. Since 2012, he has been a regular speaker at regional and national symposia on dentistry, functional medicine, and traditional medicine where he presents on incorporating plant- and fungal-based therapies into clinical practice.The amalgamative zenith of these areas of study is called the Eclectic Triphasic Medical System (ETMS), an approach created by master herbalist Donnie Yance, one of Oscar's mentors. Lilia Correa Selm
Dr. Correa-Selm is a U.S. board certified dermatologist and internist, international dermatologist, fellowship trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and expert confocalist.She is an Associate Professor at the Dermatology Department of The University of South Florida and is part of the cutaneous oncology multidisciplinary team at Moffitt Cancer Center. Prior to being at USF/Moffitt, she was the Director of Cutaneous Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital while also teaching as an assistant professor at FSU.Before moving to Florida, she completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery in New Jersey after completing her Dermatology residency at Rutgers - Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Additionally, she also accomplished a confocal microscopy fellowship and a laser/cosmetic research fellowship.She also performed research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer in New York, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Cornell New York Downtown Hospital and performed research at Harvard's renowned Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston following spending one year as a physician in a remote underserved area of South America.She is a published author of numerous book chapters in dermatology as well as articles in important medical journals.

Nina Botto
Dr. Botto has an active clinical practice in general dermatology and a special interest in allergic contact dermatitis. She is the Director of the Occupational and Contact Dermatitis Clinic, where she brings her expertise in contact dermatitis to patients referred for patch testing and complex inflammatory dermatoses. She is also an Ambulatory Executive Medical Director for UCSF Health. She has served on the board of the American Contact Dermatitis Society and is a member of the North American Contact Dermatitis Group- a patch testing research consortium. In addition to her dermatologic academic pursuits, Dr. Botto believes that the relationship between the patient and provider is of vital importance to healing and optimized care. She is interested in enhancing the patient and provider experience. She has organized and led efforts focused on service excellence within the Dermatology Department, and is a member of UCSF's CECH organization, which focuses on improving communication skills among providers throughout the University to better healthcare experiences for patients, families and the healthcare team.Dr. Botto is also a Co-founder of Vetted Dermlab, a hypoallergenic skin skincare company.

Lindy Fox, MD is co- founder of VETTED Dermlab. Dr. Fox is an expert medical dermatologist, Professor of Dermatology and Director of the Inpatient Consultation Service at UCSF. She founded the subspecialty of Inpatient Dermatology and is past president of the Society of Dermatology Hospitalists and the Medical Dermatology Society. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Fox was named one of Newsweek’s Best Medical Dermatologists of 2022.

Yuval Bibi
Yuval Bibi, MD/PhD is a distinguished dermatologist of Israeli origin who currently resides in the United States. He holds certification from the American Board of Dermatology and boasts a diverse range of talents and achievements. Dr. Bibi commenced his academic journey at Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheva, Israel, enrolling in the MD/PhD program. He later ventured to Worcester, Massachusetts, to pursue his research on human papillomavirus related cancer biology and innate immunity at UMass Medical School.Following his research endeavors, Dr. Bibi embarked on his clinical training as a dermatologist through the combined residency program at Boston University and Tufts University. Boston served as the backdrop for his clinical practice for several years until he made the decision to relocate to Los Angeles, California. The move to California provided him with an opportunity to explore his passion for acting and screenwriting while concurrently nurturing his interest in the realm of minimalistic skincare products. Motivated by this passion, he established his own vegan skincare company, named Dr. Bibi Organics. In early 2021, Dr. Bibi relocated once again, this time to Palm Beach County in South Florida. He continues to serve as a dermatologist in the area, while also actively engaging in various pursuits. These include sharing his knowledge through skincare education, creative writing, expanding his skincare company, and undertaking other ventures. Azadeh Shirazi, MD FAAD, has over 15 years of clinical experience, appeared as an expert on national news shows, and currently has a months-long waitlist at her practice in La Jolla. With undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Dr. Azi completed her residency training in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. She also completed her training in dermatology and cosmetic surgery at the University of California, San Diego. Additionally, she completed a Research Fellowship at Harvard Medical School at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine and has received multiple research scholarships from iconic institutions, including Harvard University and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Cronin currently holds the position of President for AAD in the 2023-2024 term. He leads the world’s largest dermatologic society that represents more than 20,800 physicians who specialize in diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions. He also holds the same position for the American Academy of Dermatology Association, a sister organization focused on government affairs, health policy, and practice information.Dr. Cronin earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and completed his dermatology residency and served as chief resident at the University of Miami, where he is currently an assistant voluntary professor. Dr. Cronin has been involved with the Academy at the leadership level since 2006. He is a past chair of the Academy’s Advisory Board and has served on its Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. Dr. Cronin maintains a private practice in Melbourne, Florida.
