Ciara GraysonFacultyCiara Grayson is a fourth year medical student at Florida State University College of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Florida State University College of Medicine. She served as president of Student National Medical Association (SNMA) and was a Student Advisory Council Representative. Ciara is also a member of Gold Humanism Honor Society. She is excited to pursue a career in dermatology and practice patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. Her special interests in dermatology include hair loss, acne, and increasing access to dermatologic care in underserved populations. Ciara enjoys mentoring, baking and gardening.

Neha ChandanFacultyNeha Chandan completed her medical education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she pursued a MD/MPH joint degree. She is currently completing her intern year in Chicago and will be returning to the University of Illinois to complete her dermatology residency as a member of the Class of 2024. Aside from dermatology, Neha is interested in community health and health disparities in both local and global communities. She has spearheaded numerous medical and public health brigades to underserved areas in Central America and has helped set up nonprofit dermatology clinics around Chicago. As a public health-trained and research-based clinician, her mission is to utilize evidence-based literature and cultural understanding to create and promote community outreach programs within the field of dermatology. In her spare time, Neha enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and barre classes.
Douglas TriffonFacultyDr. Douglas Triffon, MD is a Cardiology Specialist in La Jolla, CA and has over 42 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Triffon has more experience with Adult Congenital Heart Conditions than other specialists in his area. He graduated from Ohio State U, College of Medicine medical school in 1979. He is affiliated with medical facilities Scripps Green Hospital and Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. He has indicated that he accepts telehealth appointments. Sarah RigaliFacultySarah Rigali is a first year medical student at Rosalind Franklin University. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a bachelor's degree in Biology. Her interest in dermatology was nurtured by working as a medical scribe after college in the Northwestern Memorial Department of Dermatology. She then spent a year helping develop wireless vital sign devices intended to improve maternal and neonatal experience in the NICU. Jerry ShapiroFacultyJerry Shapiro is a Professor of Dermatology at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. He is a world renown expert in disorders of the scalp and hair. He has published over 200 peer reviewed articles, 4 books in 3 languages, dozens of book chapters, and lectured internationally on 4 continents. He has trained over 30 Hair Fellows from all over the world.
Vinod NambudiriFacultyVinod Nambudiri is an Associate Physician in the Department of Dermatology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute and an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School. His clinical interests are in medical dermatology and cutaneous oncology, and his research interests include medical education, technology in medicine, and physician leadership.

Kenneth R PelletierFacultyKenneth R. Pelletier, PhD, MD – is a Clinical Professor of Medicine, Family and Community Medicine, and Psychiatry in the Departments of Medicine and in Psychiatry at the University of California School of Medicine, San Francisco (UCSF) where he is Director of the Corporate Health Improvement Program (CHIP). Dr. Pelletier is also Chairman of the American Health Association, is a Vice President with American Specialty Health (ASH), and is on the Board of Directors of the Rancho la Puerta Resort/Spa. Prior to these positions, Dr. Pelletier served as Clinical Professor, of Medicine, Family Medicine, and as Professor of Public Health at the University of Arizona School of Medicine. Also he served as Clinical Professor of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine; was Director of the Stanford Corporate Health Program (SCHP); and was Director of the NIH funded Complementary and Alternative Medicine Program at Stanford (CAMPS). Matthew has considerable experience with both US and Canadian government regulators and has been instrumental in the government approval of important medicines and botanical-based products that are marketed in both countries.
Katerina SvigosFacultyKaterina Svigos is a dermatology research fellow in The Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology, and a 4th year medical student at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Her dermatology interests include hair loss and conditions of the scalp, as well as mixed connective tissue disease. She will be graduating medical school in May 2021 and pursing a residency in dermatology.

Iris RubinFacultyDr. Iris Rubin is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of SEEN skin-caring hair care. Dr. Rubin received her undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University, and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She did her dermatology residency at the University of Chicago and Harvard Medical School, and served as academic chief resident at Harvard. She completed a laser surgery fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and Wellman Center for Photomedicine. Dr. Rubin has conducted research on development of a vein-selective laser to improve port-wine stain treatment, and has an issued patent based on her research. Dr. Rubin has been an invited speaker at meetings sponsored by the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), Washington D.C. Felice GershFacultyFelice Gersh, M.D. is a multi-award winning physician with dual board certifications in OB-GYN and Integrative Medicine. She is the founder and director of the Integrative Medical Group of Irvine, which provides comprehensive health care for women by combining the best evidence-based therapies from conventional, naturopathic, and holistic medicine. She is passionate about all aspects of women’s healthcare, with particular expertise in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), cardiovascular health, hormonal health, and menopause. Sarah SeemanFacultySarah Semaan is a medical student at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine. She graduated from San Francisco Sate University in 2016 with a degree in Biology with concentration in Physiology. She has a strong interest in dermatology and believes that skin is an important reflection of one’s inner health. Sarah is also a strong believer that patient education is a critical part of patient care and her goal is to provide quality care of her patients and provide them with the knowledge they need to make proactive decisions about their health.
