Dr. Soung is an expert in psoriasis treatment and has extensive experience using phototherapy, systemic medications and biologics in the treatment of psoriasis.     Huma U. Sheikh, MD, is an assistant professor at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and was previously a clinical instructor of neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital-Harvard Medical School. She completed her neurology residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where she also completed a Stroke Fellowship before going on to Brigham and Women’s Hospital for a fellowship in Headache Medicine. She is the co-chair of the Migraine and Vascular Disease special interest section at the American Headache Society (AHS) and on the AHS committee to develop “Guidelines for Vascular Issues and Headache.” She is currently investigating the role of low dose oral contraceptives in stroke for women with migraine with a grant from the International Headache Society.

    Dr. Sarina Pasricha is a nationally recognized gastroenterologist and speaker. She completed her undergraduate training in biological anthropology and nutrition from Harvard University. Dr. Pasricha attended Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine for medical school. She subsequently completed her residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of North Carolina where she also received a Masters of Science in Clinical Research. She has published extensively in the most respected gastroenterology journals and has given more than 50 national presentations. In addition to receiving numerous teaching awards, she has received prestigious awards from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the National Institute of Health. Dr. Pasricha’s research background allows her to best use evidence-based medicine to educate her patients about the importance of good gut health.     Mollie Roth is the Founder and Chair of the Arrowhead Translational Microbiome Conference, which brings together leading companies in the microbiome space to discuss the hurdles to commercializing microbiome technologies and how those challenges can be successfully addressed and met. The author of numerous articles, Ms. Roth has been a speaker and presenter at numerous conferences in the U.S. and Europe on numerous topics raining from precision medicine to the microbiome. Ms. Roth holds a BA in neuropsychology from Rutgers University, a JD from Vermont Law School and anticipates completing an LLM in Genomics and Biotechnology from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she has also held a position as Visiting Faculty Fellow and Board member of the Center for Law, Science, and Innovation.

    Dr. Yamauchi is a dermatologist in private practice and medical director at both the Dermatology Insitute and Skin Care Center and Clinical Science Institute in Santa Monica, California. HHe has admitting privileges and is on staff at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica and the UCLA MedicalCenter. Dr. Yamauchi is a clinical assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Dermatology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Associate Professor at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA. He specializes in medical and complex dermatology, dermatologic surgery, aesthetic dermatology, and clinical research. Dr. Yamauchi earned his BS in biochemistry at the University of California at Los Angeles, his PhD in biologic chemistry at the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his MD at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland. He completed his residency in dermatology at UCLA School of Medicine and a cosmetic surgery fellowship affiliated with UCLA School of Medicine.

Since entering medical school, she has pursued an integrative approach to medicine in order to offer patients informed treatments and healing protocols that will guide them toward optimal health. She is collaborating on research addressing the role of the gut microbiome in healing mild traumatic brain injury and concussions.

    Julia Oh received her B.A. from Harvard University and her Ph.D. in genetics from Stanford University. As a graduate student, she developed technologies for high-throughput gene annotation and drug-target discovery in pathogenic fungi. As a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health, she studied the human skin microbiome, focusing on microbiome-host interactions and how changes in the microbiome can result in skin disease. In 2015, she joined The Jackson Laboratory as an assistant professor. The goal of her laboratory is to combine high-resolution computational reconstructions of the microbiome with synthetic biology to devise innovative approaches to create novel therapeutic interventions and investigate the underlying ecology of skin microbial communities.

    Dr. Crowley earned a BS and MS from Stanford University in biological science and continued at Stanford to receive his MD. He completed residency in the Department of Dermatology at Stanford University Affiliated Hospitals, including one year as Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He has served as clinical faculty for the University of California, Los Angeles, and Stanford University Departments of Dermatology. Dr. Crowley has been principal investigator for over 50 phase II and III clinical trials for psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and hidradenitis suppurativa. He has over 50 peer-reviewed publications including articles in the New England Journal of Medicine. In 2016, he graduated with commendation from the Harvard Global Scholars Clinical Research Training Program, a one year post-doctoral fellowship. He practices at Bakersfield Dermatology and Skin Cancer Medical Group in California.

    Dr. Cather is medical director at Modern Dermatology in Dallas, Texas and co-director of Cutaneous Lymphoma and Graft vs Host Clinics at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Cather received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas and served her internship in internal medicine at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. She then completed a clinical research fellowship at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, followed by a residency in dermatology at The University of Texas-Houston Medical School in Houston. Actively involved in clinical research, Dr. Cather has been principal or sub-investigator of more than 40 clinical trials. She has lectured extensively and has published widely. Articles under Dr. Cather's authorship or co-authorship have appeared in Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Journal of Hematology, Cutis, Dermatologic Therapy, Dermatologic Clinics, and other journals. Her articles cover a broad range of topics including investigational therapies for psoriasis, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, and melanoma. Dr. Cather belongs to the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the Women's Dermatologic Society, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the National Psoriasis Foundation.
