    Seanna Tully
    Seanna Tully, MSTOM, L.Ac., Dipl OM, RH(AHG) is an acupuncturist, clinical herbalist and professor of East/West Nutrition at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Her passion for nutrition and herbal medicine began early in life due to a chronic illness that ended her dance career. She is a peer-reviewed professional member of the American Herbalist guild, a board certified Chinese herbalist and has worked in health care for over 20 years. She has presented at Midwest Women's Herbal conference, the American Herbalist Guild conference, Integrative medicine for the Underserved conference and numerous other venues in the Chicagoland area. She looks forward to completing her doctorate of Chinese medicine in August 2019 and her Diplomate in Chinese medicine dermatology in November 2019. She practices at Aligned Modern Health in Evanston and enjoys kayaking, dancing and field plant identification in her free time.

    Dr. Rivera is a board certified pedicatrician in General Pediatrics and Pediatrics and Infectious Disease. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and completed her fellowship at the University of Arizona in Integrative Medicine. She furthered her education by continuing a second fellowship at the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine at the University Western States in Oregon. She served as past President of the Los Angeles Pediatric Society. She is a clinical assistant professor of Pediatrics affiliated with Family Care Specialist and the Keck School of Medicine.She has worked at White Memorial Medical Center for over twenty five years and recently opened up her own private practice. She teaches training residents in family practice and physician assistants from Keck USC. She precepts PA students from USC and SCU (Souther California University of Health Science). She works in a busy practice in an under-served area near downtown. She trained at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles where she completed her internship and residencey followed by fellowship training in Infectious Disease. She worked in the emergency room as an attending during her stay at Children's but felt a commitment to return to the community. She has done research and published articles in vaccine related, infectious diseases, general pediatrics and integrative issues.She is vested in helping the community where she was raised. Her mission is to treat patients in a respectful manner that is nurturing to the mind and body. Using both allopathic and integrative medicine, this healing process empowers the patient to understand that choosing wellness and whole person care influences the patient to achieve overall optimal health. The tools learned in Integrative Medicine and nutrition can decrease the increasing rates of chronic diseases and improve overall health.

    Dr. Samantha Nazareth, MD, FACG is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology, who practices in New York City. Her mission is to educate patients and consumers on the increasing number of food and environmental issues that can adversely impact gut health. Dr. Nazareth advocates for keeping a balance of daily dietary and other healthy living activities (sleep, movement, stress reduction) to maintain optimal gastrointestinal wellness, which in turn affects overall health. Dr. McLeod is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in the area of infant and pediatric skincare in the primary care setting, and the use of wireless technology and telehealth to advance interdisciplinary education of healthcare professionals and support evidence-based practice. She has consulted with many nursing programs and businesses over the years on how to implement technology into the nursing curriculum and bridge technology into practice. She is a consultant and advisory board member for 6 national and international companies including Johnson and Johnson Baby and the NAPNAP Foundation where she is Vice President.Dr. McLeod is currently pursuing her passion to focus on prevention and a healthy life style instead of disease by starting a pediatric integrative health practice in La Jolla, CA with a Pediatrician colleague. His practice offers services from conventional preventative screening guidelines to precision personalized healthcare modalities, including individualized nutrition, genomic medicine, advanced biomarker testing, microbiome analysis, and biometric lifestyle monitoring. She received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama and completed a residency in internal medicine through the University of Utah. She specializes in childhood skin rashes, food allergies and sensitivities, and gut problems. Jennifer’s own struggle with gut problems and disordered eating, her father’s battle with psoriasis turned psoriatic arthritis, her brother’s diagnosis of psoriasis, and her mother’s diagnosis of vitiligo left her frustrated, and stirred her search for a different approach as conventional means fell flat.In 2013 she opened her private, clinical nutrition practice.
